교환/반품안내 (한국)

• 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내 접수 및 발송 완료하여야 합니다.
• 조건부 무료 배송받은 주문건은 반품시 최초 배송비가 발생할 수 있으며, 사이즈미스 및 단순변심 교환은 왕복 배송비 발생합니다.
• 자세한 교환/반품 방법 또는 배송비 확인은 공지사항을 참고해 주세요!
• 불량 및 오배송된 상품이더라도 착용 및 훼손된 경우 처리 불가능합니다.
• 불량 / 오배송 확인 후 고객센터나 게시판으로 즉시 연락주시면 처리 도와드리겠습니다.

불량 사유가 아닌 경우

• 배송중 생긴 상품의 구김 및 자국
• 대량 생산으로 인한 단순 실밥 및 미흡한 마감처리
• 측정방법 또는 대량 생산으로 인한 오차범위 내 상품 (±2cm) 및 대칭 편차
• 모니터 해상도 및 모바일 기기에 따른 약간의 색감 차이
• 제작 과정상 나는 원단 및 염료 특유의 냄새
• 세탁 부주의로 인한 상품의 변형 및 훼손된 경우
• 단추 구멍이 막혀 있는 경우 및 단추가 허술하게 마감된 경우
• 단추 위치 및 봉제선 표시를 위한 초크자국
• 초크자국은 휘발성으로 스팀이나 뜨거운 바람으로 제거 가능합니다.
• 의류의 물빠짐 (예 : 데님팬츠)
• 염색된 모든 의류는 초반 세탁시 물빠짐이 있을 수 있으며, 데님 및 어두운 계열 또는 컬러감이 강한 의류는 이염 현상이 있을 수 있으니 밝은 컬러의 의류 및 잡화 등과 마찰을 피해주세요.

또한 필히 단독 세탁을 권장합니다.

• 원단의 잡실 (예: 린넨 ) / 실 스크래치 / 초크자국 / 패턴 위치 차이
• 워싱 상품 제작 과정상 사용되는 워싱 돌, 모래가 주머니에 들어갈 수 있습니다.
• 니트류 등 소재와 원단 짜임이 득이성이 있는 제품의 경우 ± 5cm 이상의 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다.
• 빈티지 상품의 디테일 차이

대표 예 ) 데님맨츠 워싱과 약간의 데미지 차이 및 워싱 작업으로 염색된 빈티지 상품들

• 대량 생산으로 인한 사소한 부분들은 불량 사유가 될 수 없는점 안내해드립니다.

 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shawnping.korea@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
